ABOUT US
The Shepherds Modern Linedance was founded by Roy A Shepherd in 2003, and is now the biggest Linedance- concept in the South of Norway. We have classes in five places every week, with three levels at each place, and are now between 130- and 150 dancers all together.
Roy has a background in Couples, and Latin- dance, but was introduced to Linedance through his father, Roger, who has been teaching Linedance in England for over 16 years.
This is why our concept is pretty similar to the way it’s done in England, with Classes every week, Linedance discos‘, Workshops, Christmas parties, and a yearly trip abroad.
The Shepherds Modern Line dance also arranges a Linedance- festival every year in April. We are in good contact with other Linedance-clubs in Norway, and abroad, and often meet up with them on different occasions.
